Should you choose to proceed, we schedule a more in-depth discovery call to get to know your family better—the cast of characters in your upcoming adventure. This 30-minute conversation helps us understand your family's interests, desires, and the dreams you have for your trip. It's a crucial step that allows us to tailor your itinerary, creating a story script that's uniquely yours.

Step 3: Crafting Your Itinerary

Armed with insights from our discovery call, we begin to craft your personalized itinerary. This story script guides your journey, designed to let you live out your story with every attraction, show, and dining experience chosen to match your family's wishes. Before your trip, we'll share a draft itinerary, complete with timings adjusted for Lightning Lane and Virtual Queue availabilities, ensuring flexibility and spontaneity in your adventure.

Step 4: Pre-Trip Essentials

Alongside your itinerary, we provide a park survival packing list and additional tips to enrich your story. These essentials ensure you're fully prepared to tackle each day's adventure, from park opening to closing, with nothing but excitement and anticipation.

Step 5: Real-Time Adventure Support

Every day of your trip, we take the helm in booking Lightning Lanes and managing virtual queues, allowing you to immerse fully in the magic of Disney World. Our real-time support and itinerary adjustments mean you can enjoy the day without worry, confident that your personal narrators are ensuring everything unfolds perfectly.

Pricing

Our service is thoughtfully priced at an average of $300 per day per client, designed to provide a personalized and seamless adventure. This rate covers our expertise in crafting your unique itinerary, real-time support throughout your journey, and ensuring each day unfolds with magic and ease. Please note, the cost of Lightning Lane access is not included in our service fee. The final rate may vary depending on the complexity of your trip, the size of your party, and the mix of park versus non-park days. We commit to transparency and will provide a detailed quote prior to our deep dive discovery call, allowing you to make a well-informed decision for your magical adventure.
